Introducing December’s model of the month Steven Dehler.

INTERVIEW QUESTIONS FOR STEVEN

1) Please tell us about yourself. where did u grow up? are you an only child?

I was born and raised in Simi Valley, CA – a city a short distance outside of Los Angeles. It was the typical suburban town; very family-oriented. I have an older brother who is an LA city firefighter. After college, I began to pursue modeling. I had modeled off and on for years, but I never made it a priority because I wanted to finish school first. So I feel pretty lucky to have done what I have so far and I look forward to doing more.

2) if you had only one word to describe yourself what would be?

Silly. Ha ha

3) Tell us  about your typical day?

Well, modeling isn’t the most ‘typical’ career so every day can bring something different. But if I had to describe a typical day; I wake up, get a workout in, if I have a shoot that day I usually do a light workout beforehand, if I’m off then I usually get errands and stuff done, and then I workout a second time. My “day job” is go-go dancing at the Abbey in West Hollywood so that what my night usually is. You can find me there most nights.

4) what else would you be if you were not a model?

If I wasn’t currently modeling then I would probably still be in school. I’d be getting a masters degree of some sort. Other than modeling I always had an interest in music and architecture so I’d be getting my masters in one of those. Who knows, maybe I’ll go back someday.

5) What is your favorite part of your body?

Hmmm I would have to say my eyes. Not only because they’re blue but also because you can tell a lot about what a person thinking by the expression in their eyes. I’ve gotten pretty good at hiding that so you never know what I’m thinking. Adds a little mystery ;-)

6) what is your definition of happiness?

I would say my definition of happiness is success. You can take that however you’d like. For some success is getting that promotion they wanted or living in a home they love. You can’t be a driven person and not be a happy one. The more drive you have the more success you’ll receive and that I believe is a good base for happiness. I’d never let someone else dictate whether I’m happy or not.

7) if it was your last day on earth what would u do?

I’d spend it with my best friend

8) Who is your inspiration/role model?

There are a lot of people I get inspired by. I’m always keeping up with fashion and photography. It’s great to be able to work with people that inspire me as well. There are many photographers, models, designers, etc. that I’ve had the pleasure of being able to work with who’ve inspired me to be a better model.

9) What is your favorite holiday? and why?

Halloween. Who doesn’t love to dress up? Haha

10) What is your next project?

I have a few things that are in the works at the moment. I’m going to be working with a few photographers on some fun projects soon as well as possibly doing some acting in a project I can’t really go into detail about. But when it happens you’ll know.

11) what is your favorite sexual posission?

Haha um, I think I’ll keep that in the bedroom ;-)

12) are you single or taken?

Single

13) what is your favorite part of a photo shoot? what is your least favorite?

My favorite part of a photoshoot is that moment when you just nail exactly what you were looking to do. It’s fun when the photographer gets excited because a good amount of the time you’re trying to bring his/her ideas to life. So when you get “the shot” it’s always a really good feeling. My least favorite is definitely the waiting part. Some shoots require a ton of preparation – especially working with female models. There’s the hair, makeup, styling, etc. In a shoot that lasts 5-6+ hours you probably only spend a total amount of an hour in front of the camera.

14) what are u currently working on? ether in your business or personal?

Well I feel like I answered the business aspect of what I’m currently working on in your previous question, but in my personal life I’m just keeping myself in shape – mentally and physically. Modeling (and go-go dancing) requires you to be in great shape at all times. Other than that I plan on doing some traveling in the future and hopefully work with some photographers abroad. I’ll keep you posted J

MODEL OF THE MONTH – BOBBY MOMENTELLER

JM: Tell us about your journey in the modeling world. Where did it all begin and who inspires you in your field?

BM: A journey it has been! Lol It  began at 6 years old when my mom took my sister and I into Chicago to model for a JC Penny type ad. That was my first experience, which I remember being a lot of fun, but it wasn’t something that she pushed. It didn’t go any further for me until I was about 19 or 20 and started to workout. A friend of my sisters talked me into going to an open call in Chicago at Elite modeling agency. It wasn’t something I was intending to do and didn’t expect anything but I started off there with them for a short time. I cant say that anyone really inspired me in this field except the creativity of the photographers and artists, such as the great Mr. Monroe ;) I realized quickly that I wasn’t just looking at a picture with my eyes but seeing a brilliant mind and story. The major attraction for myself as a muse is to completely capture that story, thought, fantasy, and desire in a still frame.

JM: What is your nickname?

BM: The Golden Boy of course ;)

JM: What is your motto?

BM: Ive never really had one. I do not think I could put myself into one saying.

JM: It is no surprise that you have the body of a god. What else would you like people to know about you other than your physical attributes?

BM: Shhhh….Im just a real-regular down-to-earth hell of a nice guy! Lol im nothing like you probably think I am if you know nothing about me.

JM: What are your passions?

BM: Modeling, bodybuilding/training, writing, music/singing.

JM: I noticed that you are naked in most of your photographs. Would you consider yourself an exhibitionist? If so, when did you first realize that you liked people seeing you naked?

BM: lol..you mean you can see that shit!?! Haha J well I suppose so…I did not know I was going to be lol but yes for sure…I feel powerful and free being naked. Not hidden under clothing is natural. I guess it wasn’t as big of a deal to me because I grew up with it not being hidden. My mother or

father, the little time he was around, never covered up like it was a bad thing to be nude. I think if you grow up scared of it or thinking it is wrong from your upbringing, it is a lot more shocking.

JM: What is your favorite body part and why?

BM: All of them. I have always been about having a complete body like a sculpture. That was always my obsession to have everything completely perfect so its all one flowing body part. To me, none is more important or complete without the other. I also love to train everything.

JM: How would you describe yourself in three words?

BM: Again like the motto, I could not in just three words. I could say a lot to both. I am very loyal, intelligent, and honest to say in three words. But…that wouldn’t begin to describe me.

JM: If you were not a model/body builder, what would you be and why?

BM: I would be the other things I plan to do such as: act, write music, and publish writing.

JM: We noticed in all of your photographs that you give up EVERYTHING to the viewer except your penis. Why are you holding out on us?

BM: LOL. OH BOY…Well I feel I have already given ENOUGH of my penis out there to enjoy haha…It is just the way I want to leave it. It is more of a creative issue to me. I feel it is overdone and that there are enough guys doing it well. There is  just too small of a market and demand for that. I am unique want to draw people to my work without my sausage smackin’ em’ in the face. That ain’t hard! Lol ;)

JM: What is your favorite music to have sex to? What is your favorite music to pose to? What is your favorite music when just chilling at home?

BM: Anyone who knows me KNOWS that I am a metal fanatic!!!! Metal-core to any of those things baby! Haha I do like almost everything though. I will definitely opt for some R&B, Hip hop, Dance type stuff also. I think my posing video will be some sexy R&B-type stuff. ;)

JM: What is your most feminine trait?

BM: Hmm…Well I do not know if it is a trait but you could say I up-keep myself like a girl. lol…Seriously I am a freak about keeping skin and everything else as nice as possible. I am not ashamed to admit it.

JM: If you were food what would you be and why?

BM: Something delicious as hell for sure hahaha J

JM: When you are posing for a photographer, what do you bring to the table?

BM: Everything. I believe that I can pull off whatever image they want and capture what is on their mind.

JM: How to you mentally prepare yourself for a Justin Monroe shoot?

BM: WHEW! Haha I don’t know if there is something you can do to mentally prepare. Your mind cant fathom where you are going! Lol ;) Seriously though…I always think you just have to rise to the occasion and feel it. The best imagery comes from the connection with you, the lens, and person behind it. From there, you need to feel exactly what the other is feeling at that moment. This cannot be predicted.

JM: RAPID FIRE QUESTIONS. Say the first word that comes to mind.

Hungry: PUSSYYYY

Pink: Pussy

Leather: pussy

Doggy: pussy

Fast: pussy

Beautiful: pussy

Tight: pusssy

Crazy: pussy

LOL!!!!

JM: What is your greatest accomplishment so far?

BM: Being alive! I have never really held any accomplishment above the other. I always just move on to the next goal. I would have to say that I have just come to this point I am at in my life because of all the preparations and lessons I have learned as a direct result of everything I have been through. It is amazing what you must go through to fully become yourself. It’s go time.

JM: What up and coming projects do you have that you would like the Monroe-land readers to know about?

BM: I will have a 2013 calender out this year scheduled to release in November. Look out for that along with new pictures and updates from shoots on my sites. I plan to be back in Monroe-Land soon to make some magic. ;) Lookout for some training and posing videos of me leading up to going for my pro card this November. J
