ADAM LEVINE VS HONEY BOO BOO

In a recent interview with GQ Magazine, Adam Levine made a comment putting down Honey Boo Boo and her family. “Seriously, Honey Boo Boo is the DECAY of Western civilization” the Maroon 5 frontman and “American Horror Story” told GQ. ”Just because so many people watch the show doesn’t mean it’s good.

So many people witness atrocities and can’t take their eyes away from them, but that doesn’t mean they’re good. That show is literally The. Worst. Thing. That’s. Ever. Happened. It’s complete f***-ng ignorance and the most despicable way to treat your kids. F*** those people. You can put that in the magazine: F*** those idiots. They’re just the worst. Sorry, I’m so sensitive to that — like, I don’t know, man, it’s upsetting. Just to clarify, I said, ‘F*** THOSE PEOPLE.’”

After reading this article, we could not help but bring attention to this by backing the youngest and newest gay advocate Honey Boo Boo. ”Aint nothing wrong with being gay. Everyone is a little gay.”

Alanna (Honey Boo Boo) and the rest of her family from Thanksgiving night and all the way through Christmas Eve, were standing outside of their home  from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. every night, meeting and taking pictures with fans who bring toys and food donations for those who are less fortunate. If that’s not enough, the family took donations in their fan mail to increase their pile of donations, spending $3,200 recently on buying toys to ensure kids have something under their trees. But somehow, even with all of the charity, and not to mention the love and support the family provides each other with on screen, haters come in the form of much more powerful, educated, and well-off public figures. “Haters gonna hate!”

Adam Levine called Honey Boo Boo  “the DECAY of Western civilization.” We don’t see him and his entire family donating their time and money, in the thousands, toward the betterment of their community. Levine earns $6 million a season on The Voice and Honey Boo Boo earned anywhere from $50,000 to $200,000 over the course of the season on her hit show. Mama June, Honey Boo Boo’s mother turned down a larger house that TLC offered her family after the show became a hit, so that she could stay an integral part of her community.

This family totally loves one another.  There is very little drama, and no question about how much mama June loves her four daughters.  If you can understand Sugar Bear with his mouth full of dip, you would know he feels the exact same.  While their show has been green lighted for a second season, the group still continues to live their regular lives in the tiny county of McIntyre, Georgia.  June is doing everything she can to make sure that fame affecting her family is not an option.

June won’t even entertain the idea that the show will change her family.  She has refused to hire a manager because she doesn’t want to book gigs that would take her away from her daughters.  As for the money that they are surely raking in, it all goes in a trust for the girls, save for what they spent on a new car and four-wheeler.  The family continues to live off of Sugar Bear’schalk mining paycheck.  June isn’t oblivious to the fact that all this hoopla could end at any time.  She says, “Reality TV don’t last more than three years. People have a good run for about three years. Some people fizzle out within a couple of weeks. We’ve had about 10 weeks and if it stays for the next three years, great.”

June recognizes that many critics think the family is embarrassing themselves–as if these people could ever be embarrassed!  June says, “I don’t feel like I should be embarrassed about anything. I didn’t say I am representing Southerners. I’m not representing people in Georgia. I didn’t even say I was representing people in our county. I’m just representing our family. People will say, ‘You’re white trash.’ Whatever. You don’t even know me. But it is what it is. You’ve got critics. You’ve got people who love you and people who hate you.”

We would love to see  Adam Levine stand outside of his house if only for a couple hours to accept donations with his family. To put down a family that loves each other so much and treat each other and others so well is a “disgrace to Western Civilization.” Money, fame and fortune are not what makes up a good person. It makes us wonder if Adam Levine has even watched any of the episodes or if he has formed a judgment from random images and clips floating around in the media. We would recommend for him to watch  it and then form an opinion.

MODEL OF THE MONTH – STEVEN DEHLER

Posted in Fun Stuff, Interview, Men, Model of the Month, MODELS, Monroe-land Mag, Personality, Tear Sheets with tags , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , on December 5, 2012 by monroeland

Introducing December’s model of the month Steven Dehler.

INTERVIEW QUESTIONS FOR STEVEN

1) Please tell us about yourself. where did u grow up? are you an only child?

I was born and raised in Simi Valley, CA – a city a short distance outside of Los Angeles. It was the typical suburban town; very family-oriented. I have an older brother who is an LA city firefighter. After college, I began to pursue modeling. I had modeled off and on for years, but I never made it a priority because I wanted to finish school first. So I feel pretty lucky to have done what I have so far and I look forward to doing more.

oXx5W9Pz

2) if you had only one word to describe yourself what would be?

Silly. Ha ha

3) Tell us  about your typical day?

Well, modeling isn’t the most ‘typical’ career so every day can bring something different. But if I had to describe a typical day; I wake up, get a workout in, if I have a shoot that day I usually do a light workout beforehand, if I’m off then I usually get errands and stuff done, and then I workout a second time. My “day job” is go-go dancing at the Abbey in West Hollywood so that what my night usually is. You can find me there most nights.

4) what else would you be if you were not a model?

If I wasn’t currently modeling then I would probably still be in school. I’d be getting a masters degree of some sort. Other than modeling I always had an interest in music and architecture so I’d be getting my masters in one of those. Who knows, maybe I’ll go back someday.

5) What is your favorite part of your body?

Hmmm I would have to say my eyes. Not only because they’re blue but also because you can tell a lot about what a person thinking by the expression in their eyes. I’ve gotten pretty good at hiding that so you never know what I’m thinking. Adds a little mystery ;-)

6) what is your definition of happiness?

I would say my definition of happiness is success. You can take that however you’d like. For some success is getting that promotion they wanted or living in a home they love. You can’t be a driven person and not be a happy one. The more drive you have the more success you’ll receive and that I believe is a good base for happiness. I’d never let someone else dictate whether I’m happy or not.

7) if it was your last day on earth what would u do?

I’d spend it with my best friend

8) Who is your inspiration/role model?

There are a lot of people I get inspired by. I’m always keeping up with fashion and photography. It’s great to be able to work with people that inspire me as well. There are many photographers, models, designers, etc. that I’ve had the pleasure of being able to work with who’ve inspired me to be a better model.

9) What is your favorite holiday? and why?

Halloween. Who doesn’t love to dress up? Haha

10) What is your next project?

I have a few things that are in the works at the moment. I’m going to be working with a few photographers on some fun projects soon as well as possibly doing some acting in a project I can’t really go into detail about. But when it happens you’ll know.

11) what is your favorite sexual posission?

Haha um, I think I’ll keep that in the bedroom ;-)

12) are you single or taken?

Single

13) what is your favorite part of a photo shoot? what is your least favorite?

My favorite part of a photoshoot is that moment when you just nail exactly what you were looking to do. It’s fun when the photographer gets excited because a good amount of the time you’re trying to bring his/her ideas to life. So when you get “the shot” it’s always a really good feeling. My least favorite is definitely the waiting part. Some shoots require a ton of preparation – especially working with female models. There’s the hair, makeup, styling, etc. In a shoot that lasts 5-6+ hours you probably only spend a total amount of an hour in front of the camera.

9

14) what are u currently working on? ether in your business or personal?

Well I feel like I answered the business aspect of what I’m currently working on in your previous question, but in my personal life I’m just keeping myself in shape – mentally and physically. Modeling (and go-go dancing) requires you to be in great shape at all times. Other than that I plan on doing some traveling in the future and hopefully work with some photographers abroad. I’ll keep you posted J

AMATO – AN INTIMATE LOOK INTO THE MIND OF FURNE ONE

Posted in Fun Stuff, Interview, Monroe-land Mag, Personality, Women with tags , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , on August 17, 2012 by monroeland

It is not very often that I am impressed or inspired by local designers. But when I discovered Furne One, it was like finding a rose in a frozen pond. The designs were so courageous; especially for the humdrum landscape of California fashion. My first reaction was “this designer LOVES the art of creating fashion without any apologies.” You are going to love it!

J.M. What does Furne One mean?

AVANT GARDE

J.M. How did Furne One come into existence? Where did it all begin?

IT ALL BEGAN WHEN RELUCTANTLY AND ALMOST HALF HEARTEDLY JOINED A PRESTIGIOUS DESIGNING COMPETITION AND ENDED UP BEING THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER. UP UNTIL THEN, I WAS JUST FEELING MY WAY THROUGH, SO TO SPEAK. BUT WHEN I WON I FELT THAT WAS DESTINY’S WAY OF POINTING OUT THE EXACT DIRECTION TO TAKE.

J.M.  Tell me about your childhood. What kind of kid were you?

I CAN SIMPLY SAY I AM A DREAMER.

J.M. Your designs are very courageous and yet super sexy. What females in history get your juices flowing?

WELL ACTUALLY IT ALL DEPENDS ON MY INSPIRATION AND THEME OF THE SEASON. BUT SHE EMBODIES A VERY STRONG CHARACTER AND PERSONALITY ASIDE FROM BEAUTY AND GRACE.

J.M. Who are your favorite designers?

ALEXANDER MCQUEEN, GALLIANO, CHANEL, RICCARDO TISCI, RALPH RUCCI, CHRISTIAN LACROIX.

J.M. What kind of woman wears Furne One?

AN AMATO WOMAN IS SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT SHE WANTS, IS STRONG, AND INDEPENDENT. SHE ISN’T AFRAID TO EXPRESS HERSELF AND DOESN’T BELIEVE IN THE DICTATES OF FASHION.  SHE ISN’T BOUND BY CONVENTIONAL RESTRAINTS. MOST OF ALL, SHE IS SOMEONE WHO LOVES HERSELF AND CELEBRATES THE POWER OF HER FEMININITY.

J.M. What celebrities have you dressed?

KATY PERRY, JENNIFER LOPEZ, SHAKIRA, NICKI MINAJ, HEIDI KLUM, NATASHA BEDINGFIELD, NEON HITCH, KAYA JONES, AMBER ROSE, AND NICOLE SCHERZINGER

J.M. What is the most rewarding part of your job?

ACHIEVING MY INSPIRATIONS AND MAKING THEM BECOME A REALITY.

J.M.  Describe your home in six words or less.

QUIET, CALM, SPACIOUS, AND MINIMAL.

J.M. As a teenager where did you think you would be now?

SAME PLACE AS WHERE I AM NOW.

J.M. What brings you the most joy?

I CAN SIMPLY SAY SAFETY AND GOOD HEALTH OF MY FAMILY AND LOVED ONES.

J.M. What fun things are you working on now?

I AM CURRENTLY CREATING A SCENT FOR MY UP-COMING PERFUME.

J.M. Where can we see more from you?

WELL I MAKE SURE MY WEBSITE IS ALWAYS UPDATED ON ANY CURRENT PROJECTS OR SHOWS I AM IN. SO AT LEAST MY FOLLOWERS CAN SEE WHAT NEW VENTURES MY BRAND NAME AMATO AND I ARE IN. YOU CAN ALSO FOLLOW ME AT OUR FACEBOOK PAGE AMATO HAUTE COUTURE

J.M. Leave us a quote to carry on with.

-REMEMBER THAT GREAT LOVE AND GREAT ACHIEVEMENT INVOLVE GREAT RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK.

MODEL OF THE MONTH – INTERVIEW WITH DWAIN LELAND

“Body Rock” – INTERVIEW WITH DWAIN LELAND

JM: Am I the best looking person who has interviewed you?

DL: By far, you hot stud, you! I have never seen anyone who rocks a pair of jeans like you can – that is the first thing I noticed when I met you at the very first shoot we did!  “Sexy Jeans” was the name I gave you, remember?

JM: Wherever did you get that body?  It looks like something out of a science fiction movie.  Were you blessed with incredible genetics or do you have to work really hard at it?

DL:  Both – genetics is the foundation, and I have built on that foundation with many hours in the gym, meters in the pool, and miles on my bike.  I have to say that I really honor and cherish the genetic heritage passed on to me from my parents and my ancestors before them.  If it weren’t for that strange lineage that passed down some of my most valued traits, then I wouldn’t be sitting here talking with you.  Moreover, my early discovery of what my natural, genetic potential could afford me by working hard in the gym and at sports has allowed me to pay homage to my lineage by taking myself to the limits of the body they handed down to me.  Although it may sound corny, I really do think of this physical expression of my body as a spiritual tool that connects me to a distant past.  In that way, I guess it is the stuff of science fiction; genetics is time-travel.

JM: What kind of diet does one have to have if they want to look like you?  If you tell me that you eat anything you want, I WILL slap you!

DL:  Well, again, it is a combination of opposites; on the one hand I go through periods where I eat anything I want and I am constantly looking for calories in order to build up my body, and then on the other hand, I suffer through opposing seasons of being picture-ready through strict, low-carb dieting.  It’s all about timing, and when photographers are lined up on my schedule, I make sure I am responsible to them by giving them the best of my willpower and really cutting down my food as much as my busy life will allow.  But let’s face it, men – a great, natural body cannot be built without eating a ton of calories!  So pizza, beer, donuts, waffles, and large doses of peanut butter and the like are necessary to augment the slabs and curves our bodies naturally want to give us with hard work!  At the end of the day, my advice is to eat foods as close to their natural sources as possible, meaning less processed and cooked meats, vegetables, and grains.  Raw and/or lightly grilled is the way to go if you want to feel and look great, whether  you’re posing for pictures or just posing by the pool.

JM: When did you begin your career in modeling?

DL:  Well, it may sound cliché, but it all happened by accident.  Back in 2004, I had been working out for about a year at a gym near Koreatown in NYC when this kid (yes, we were both “kids” at that point) that I had seen around the gym off-and-on finally approached me and introduced himself as Simon Miller.  He was a men’s fashion photographer for a fledgling advertising agency with some solid clientele, and said he would love to take pictures of me to show me the progress I had made over that last year in building up a body that was respectable and – gasp! – photographable.  In all honesty, I turned him down twice before finally giving in and letting him photograph me shirtless, and then in posing trunks.  Poor Simon deserves a medal for the patience he afforded me while he tried to get me to relax in front of the camera and loosen up!  My view of myself at that time was so skewed, so very distorted, that I actually believed I was this scrawny kid that was not worth being in any photograph, let alone the kind of physique photos he was taking of me.  About one week later, he invited me back over to look at the shots he had finished in post-production and I could not believe my eyes: there, in front of me, was objective, irrefutable proof that I had a nice body and could be the subject of a beautiful portrait.  Miller’s agency, PRSM Advertising, went on to be very successful and to them I owe every bit of respect and acknowledgment for all my success.  (Thanks, Simon, for taking notice!)  From there, the rest is history – I just took those photos and started getting jobs, building my book.  Now I have volumes of books!

JM: I noticed that most of your pictures are unclothed. What kind of thrill do you get showing off your naked physique?

DL:  I wouldn’t say it’s as thrilling for me as it might be for my viewers!  For me, it’s more of a release – a way of expressing the latent urges and fantasies that are just not appropriate to present to people in normal, daily life.  It’s a way of carving out an artistic space that lets my creative impulses breathe, thrive, reproduce, and – most important – communicate.  What makes modeling so fulfilling for me is thinking about the viewer at the other end of the image, so that when the photographer is snapping the picture, I look through his lens, past the camera, past him, and stare deep into the eyes of whoever will be looking at that picture weeks and even years after the moment that shutter closes.  Viewed this way, it’s a moment of complete, nearly silent intimacy in which – whether clothed or naked – I have a chance to tell that viewer something about myself, and about himself or herself, that only we will know.  Though my nude or nearly-nude body can seem loud and very public, at its most fundamental level, it is a snapshot of a very close, secret instant in time that has a lot to say on extremely private levels.  This multi-faceted level of communication and artistry is something that is fully exploited and utilized in your work, Justin, and is one of the reasons that you are my favorite photographer to model for.

JM: Tell us something about yourself that very few people know.

DL:  I love muscle cars.  Although I don’t know a thing about them, and I don’t own anything close to one, I have always been drawn to their luminous curves.  I suppose it reflects my fascination with my own curvaceous body that I have created.  Now I just need the car to match!  I want a Tesla – that would be heaven to me!  Equal parts environmental responsibility and hot, sexy curves.  Yes – sex on wheels!!

JM: What does a typical day look like for you?  Tell us about your world.

DL:  Well, despite the excitement and sensuality that shows up in my pictures, my day-to-day life is pretty boring and nerdy.  I get up, eat breakfast, and ride my mountain bike in to Stanford University.  There, I work out very hard at the university gym, clean up and put on a suit and tie, and then go to the legal office to put in my 9 hours for a good, solid paycheck.  Once that is done, I head over to classes in my Master of Liberal Arts program, finish debating and/or presenting research to my seminars, then ride my bike back home.  There, I feed the dogs, then cook for myself and sit down to read and study or write papers for my classes before finally turning in and getting much-needed sleep.  Then, it starts it all over again.  Needless to say, there isn’t a lot of time for partying or photo shoots while school is in session, so once I make my grades and get a break, I call up photographers (and you are always first) to say I am ready to work for them.  So, you see, I am equal parts gym rat, business professional, nerd, and domestic husband.  Model and fun-loving party-boy are really just the icing on this multi-layered cake.

JM: Boxers, briefs, or thong?

DL: You forgot jock.  If you add that in, it’s all the above.  Depending on the day, I will reach for any of these options.  For instance, if I have a meeting or if I am feeling particularly bitchin’, I will put on a pair of silk or satin boxers – my ultimate indulgence in luxury for the day.  I don’t wear briefs often, but if I know someone’s going to notice, or if my pants are loose enough not to show a line, I’ll put a pair on.  I think briefs – the right kind – do accentuate a man’s lines in a very flattering way.  Thongs are for days when the pants are so tight they have to be painted on, or if I need to feel nearly naked and free to move without restriction.  Level of coverage for thongs: G-string, please.  I don’t mess around with anything that covers too much on a thong day.  Finally, a jock is for a day when – let’s face it – I’m feeling horny as hell and I want to feel my body’s presence under my clothing.  A jock is a very tactile experience, and it’s just right if I want to be a man’s man underneath it all.

JM: What dream in your life has come true?

DL:  I have come to terms with myself and understand my true value.  I accepted myself for everything I am and everything I can be, and as a young man, I never thought that would happen for me.  Thank God it did, or again, I wouldn’t be here talking with you, Justin.

JM:  What are your current personal aspirations?

DL:  I want to finish my Master’s degree at Stanford – and if there is a passion that blooms for it, pursue a Ph.D. and teach.  What, I don’t know, but at the end of the day, I want to help other people find their voices.  It is my sincere and honest hope to become the kind of person that catalyzes the processes of deep, inner transformation and change in others that allows them to fulfill their deepest desires to communicate ideas and thoughts in the clearest way possible.  Yes, I want to be an agent for change.

JM:  What inspires you creatively?

DL:  When I see others in their elements, doing what they love, that is incredibly inspiring.  Also, when I am with others and there is a moment in which a question is sparked, or a problem crystallizes, that also drives me to start critically thinking and trying on new ideas.  All the while, I really hope that some good AC/DC is on the stereo; they fuckin’ ROCK!

JM: If you could buy anything in the world what would it be?

DL:  Time away.

JM: Tell us about a time you have failed?

DL:  Which one?  There are so many to pick from!  Well, if you want to get close and personal to our own work together, then I have to say the time that I was photographed by you in the tea party story for your book, Down the Rabbit Hole.  You had cast me as the Black Rabbit, and I had this amazingly intricate and beautiful set of rabbit ears on my head that were molded around a pair of aviator noise-cancelling earmuffs.  In true Monroe-land fashion, I also had on latex fetish arm-length gloves that left me with fists and no fingers, and to top it off, a prosthetic hook that was not made for a fully-functioning arm like mine.  Anyway, with all this garb on, I had the wonderful and sensual opportunity to have a vignette with Vincent Vanguard, who was playing the Cheshire Cat and hanging from his acrobat ring, suspended from a tree.  As you were directing us to be intimately locked in a gaze, I found it quite hard to connect with Vinney on a level that came through in the pictures, given all the encumbrances on my body and the difficulty of hearing your direction through those earmuffs!  There was Vinney, completely beautiful in his nakedness, suspended like an angel, and all I could do was look awkward and uncompelling in my role as the seductive Black Rabbit, crouched on the ground in total discomfort.  As a model, I see that as a failure – not being able to overcome the challenges on set in order to help you produce a great piece of art.  Though this experience was not early in my career, it still stands out as a moment of great learning, when I realized that what is important is that all-too-short moment we have together as artists in a dream, and to make sure that 100% effort is given to exploit that opportunity in service to a great photograph that can withstand the test of time.

JM: What are you willing sacrifice to succeed?

DL:  Rest.  Although I think it is extremely important to rest and recharge so you can be better at what you do, I routinely disregard that notion in order to accomplish as much as I can in my limited time.  I really do not waste one minute of my days or nights, whether it’s working full-time, getting a Master’s degree, bodybuilding in the gym, or posing for photographs.  It’s all important to me, and I give up vacations and rest in order to use all the talents I possess.  It’s at once responsible and irresponsible, if you think about it.  But, it gives us some great pictures for your books, does it not?

JM: What do you want the Monroe-land readers to know about you that I didn’t ask?

DL:  That I really do love and respect them dearly, your readers/viewers.  It is true that there is an overt and almost palpable sexuality in Monroe-land that lures us all into the photographs.  It’s an art based on the erotic, for sure.  However, what I appreciate most about what we are all doing in Monroe-land is that we are breaking down all the walls between us, exploring the subconscious, and letting our fantasies run wild.  Nothing is off-limits, and we are making and debating a lot of artistic statements that challenge our preconceived notions and throw into question everything we believed when we bought our ticket to go inside.  To make these images, and for the Monroe-land readers to view and discuss them, takes not a small amount of courage.  In this way, it becomes more than a sexy image, but rather a life-altering exploration of who we are as human beings, and the kind of world we really live in, with all its beauty, masculinity, femininity, enlightenment, dogma, strengths, fears, passions, inhibitions, darkness, and light.  I really want to thank them for looking at me, and into me, while I tell them a compelling story – and to thank you, Justin, for giving me the occasional opportunity to do just that.  So… thank you.  [kiss]

EXCLUSIVE MODEL OF THE MONTH INTERVIEW WITH MONROE-LAND MALE BOMBSHELL – JAMIE DOMINIC

Posted in Fun Stuff, Interview, Men, Model of the Month, MODELS, Monroe-land Mag with tags , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , on July 13, 2012 by monroeland
JM: Describe yourself in just three words.
JD: Emotional, Creative, Mental
JM: The first impression you give us is that you are this gorgeous male sex bomb. Do photographers you work with insist of you portraying that role in photographs or does it just naturally happen?
JD:  At any shoot, I feel out the ideas of the photographer and I make it happen. I always show up with my own visions and creativity all while making suggestions to try other ideas outside of the box. I like to give my fans and people that may not know me something they have never seen before. That way, those who see me for the first time, will remember who I am.
JM: You have done so many photo shoots in your modeling career. What type of photo shoots are your favorite to do and what kind bore you to death?
JD: To be honest, I do not think I have EVER been bored at a shoot. Mainly because I just cannot work that way. If I feel that I am working with someone for the first time and it is still in that “awkward” feeling-each-other-out stage, I just act like my normal nut-ball self and get them laughing to lighten things up. That way creativity can start flowing. I have gotten some of the most uptight people to laugh their asses off and have such a good time while working.
JM: Who or what has had the biggest influence in your life?
JD: The over all biggest influence in my life has been my parents. My mother, who was a well known model, and my father, a champion body builder and NH strongest man winner. They taught me to never give up and that no dream is too big. The man I am and have become is because of them and their love and support.
JM: What do you think is your most underrated quality?
JD: I think only my close close friends know this. I remember everything I see and hear. No joke.
JM: When did you loose your virginity?
JD: 15 years old! ;)
JM:   What is the the most ridiculous thing you have ever heard about yourself?
JD: Oh God…I have heard tons of things about me that I am like, “What the Hell?” I honestly do not even know what the most ridiculous thing was.
JM: What qualities turn you on in someone your dating?
JD: They have to have similar living habits as myself, such as working out, eating healthy and must must love the music I love. Otherwise, it is bound for an epic failure! I also like to go out and have fun and party. It is important to be with someone that enjoys that as well! You know? Just let your friggin’ hair down, lets get a little weird and make some bad decisions!
JM: What projects are you currently working on and what is the future like for male bombshell Jamie Dominic?
JD: I finally have finished my solo album that will be released on iTunes July 31st titled “Forever And Always.” My goal is to shop to labels and play music for the rest of my life.
JM: Whats your favorite, and least favorite part of your body?
JD: My favorite part of my body….oh boy…without sounding arrogant? Haha ummm…I Would have to say that I am satisfied with what I got goin’ on all over.
JM: What has been the highlight of your carer so far?
JD: The highlight has been creating something that people really enjoy. Being told that I am an inspiration because of the work I have done means so much to me. It is still to this day a blessing to hear.

JM: What is your all time favorite quote?
JD: “I’d rather be hated for who I am than loved for who I am not.” -Kurt Cobain
